Vince Russo and his flamboyant father, Cuyahoga County Auditor Frank Russo, have dablled in Lake County Politics. That's right! The Russo family have helped Lake County Commisioner Bob Aufuldish keep his death grip on a Commisioner's seat.
Bob Aufuldish went dirty, real dirty, to defeat Willoughby Hills Councilman Ray Somich in the 11/07/07 election. Aufuldish savagely smeared Councilman Somich in the last days of the election... probably using cash and resources which the Russo's helped in getting.
In the days to come WE will be discussing the Russo's influence in Lake County, particularly in helping the Aufuldish death grip on the county.

The word past is spelled "pasat." This goes on everyday at clevleand.com. We will start looking at the NH closer too!
Fast typing and fat fingers are not excuses for typos. However, given the number of words appearing in a daily newspaper, mistakes are bound to happen. At the same time, I wouldn't want to be the editor whose copy has the most typos in it.

It's just shocking that at cleveland.com that there typos, plural, on a daily basis...I mean...we have no room to talk, but those guys are pros!
ray somich is a nice man but was in over his head against aufuldish. somich went after aufuldish hard as well in that campaign and obviously didn't think aufuldish would fight back. aufuldish does play hardball in campaigns
