Issue 5 passes in Lake County

The voters spoke: Issue 5 passed overwhelmingly.  


The puff pieces in the News-Herald, deceitful literature, and endorsements worked!


It was disappointing to see Mayors Wegar and Anderson and Rep. Latourette root for a tax increase.

    And it's a CONTINUING LEVY so it won't expire in 2 years or 5 years. It just keeps going and going and going . ...until they decide they need even MORE money, and ask for another replacement levy, and the voters of Lake County can buy into that one too, and pay more, and more, and more . ...And hey News-Herald, great job promoting this levy! Terrible journalism practices but hey, great promotion job!

We don't Censor...we just make sure its polite and factual! Accusations made against private citizens will not be tolerated. Public Officials, past & present, or those seeking office do not enjoy the same treatment. If you don't like it...don't run for office!
